• Arthur is a Computing Engineer graduated at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ, with an extension course in Business Administration by FGV-SP.
• Experience of more than 15 years in the information technology and telecommunications market, wide experience in planning, creation and development of startups and business units.
• Started his career at IBM Brazil and held several important positions at OptiGlobe Telecomunicações, Vésper/Embratel and BEA Systems.

• Marcelo is a Mathematician and also holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ.

• Leonardo is an economist. Later in his carrer he also attended the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (School of Superior Education in Advertising and Marketing) for a Marketing especialization program.
• International executive education Programs: (1) Leadership & Business management program (210hs) – DUKE University (Fuqua school of business – Durham – NC, US); (2) Business & Marketing approach (60hs) – INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).
• Six years’ experience in the areas of control, marketing and logistics of Lafarge Brazil.
• Six years’ experience in audit at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he reached the position of senior auditor.

• Marcelo is a Bachelor in Law by PUC-RJ. MBA in Energy Management by FGV-RJ.
• Lawyer at law office Candido de Oliveira. He was a lawyer at law office Xavier, Bernardes e Bragança for nine years. He has been responsible for Concrete’s legal matters since its foundation in March 2001.
• President of the Exam Commission of the Order of the Rio de Janeiro State Section of the Brazilian Bar Association. Effective member of the Board of OAB/RJ.
• Professor of the Postgraduate course in Law of PUC-RJ.
