Victor Oliveira has obtained the Scrum Practitioner Certification. The Scrum Alliance’s certification review committee approved his application yesterday (04/06/2009). This gets him one step away from being a Certified Scrum Trainer.

Concrete Solutions announced the formation of an outside counsel that will be part of the validation processes of vision, planning and control of the company.
The Advisory Board members are Marcelo Salim, Leonardo Gonçalves, Arthur Hintze and Marcello Oliveira, all professionals with relevant experience in the areas of entrepreneurship, venture capital, corporate finance, technology and law.

Victor Oliveira, a Concrete Solutions managing partner, is now a Certified Scrum Master. This certification was done in San José, California with Ken Schwaber, one of the creators of the Framework. In addition to helping adopt Scrum in Concrete and apply it in it´s projects, the initiative also involves the certification path as Certified Scrum Trainer.

The managing partner of Concrete Solutions Vitor Roma finished the course in preparation for the proof of Certification CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Harvard Business School (USA). The pursuit of this international certificate is one more stage in the process of increasing the level of corporate governance and its suitability to control processes for dealing with stakeholders outside the country.
