Through the years, and driven by the market’s maturing process, e-business projects, in our understanding, have converged to some solutions standards. Concrete Solutions has a large experience, with several success cases, in each of those project profiles.
Here is a brief description of its scope of operations:

"Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an IT strategy that organizes discrete functionalities in corporate applications into interoperable services that can be easily reused and combined to meet business requirements."
SOA provides some key benefits:
This results in faster development and delivery of more reliable, new and optimized business services.
Concrete Solutions is one of the major BEA partners in Brazil, with expertise not only in conceptual process definition, but also in implementing in the most up-to-date tools to support this new architecture.
History
In 1999, driven by the lack of feasible commercial BPM alternatives in Brazil, Concrete Solutions developed the Concrete Solutions Workflow product, which is still being successfully used by some of its clients. With the expertise acquired while developing its workflow system and the maturation of BPM market, Concrete began to use the latest tools available for this in the market.
When SOA appeared and large corporations began to apply its concepts, BPM came into the spotlight again, and Concrete, with its expertise acquired through the years, is again one step ahead of its competitors.
Several BPM projects were developed over the last six years: Procter and Gamble, Ceras Johnson, Rexam, Americanas.com, Telemar, are a few of the clients that could benefit from Concrete’s expertise in their business processes.

Intranet, Extranet, or Corporate Portal, regardless the application for which the portal was designed, its importance in today’s business environment is undeniable.
The simple customized web applications that formed the first intranets and corporate portals have evolved to complex and, for their level of maturity, robust systems. With many different functionalities including content delivery and management, and even to develop complex self-service tools, like large corporate intranets, these applications allow faster implementation of this type of system.
Concrete Solutions has, through the years, evolved with the market in the portal concept, and today it segments its experience in some groups.
Whether through customized development or using a market development accelerator, Concrete classifies portal projects historically as:
Based on a strong methodology background and driven by continuous specific requests for systems development, Concrete Solutions also works in the implementation of customized systems, whether closed or based on the software house model.
Aligned to market trends, its staff has large experience in systems analysis and development, especially in Java and .NET.
The continuous growth of the cell phone market in Brazil and abroad and the development of more and more elaborate mobile devices turned the use of this new environment critical as a competitive differential between companies.
However, the diversity of devices, each with distinct interface features, requires an enormous development effort for each application developed or content provided.
With this in mind, Concrete Solutions offers a solution already implemented in several of its clients in the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Brazil, to deliver content automatically adapted to any mobile device, with excellent results.
The application isolates the application logic from its presentation layer, allowing its interface to be adapted to any mobile device available.
This approach also allows simple and quick deployment of web applications for execution in mobile devices.
